Shoes are comfortable and it’s the right size
Good customer service
Loved the ordering process it was seamless and the website was user friendly. I was kept updated at all times after placing the order. What I loved was the parcel arrived even before the estimated delivery date on the email. Lastly the shoe was for my partner and he loves it ,he says it very comfortable.
I ordered the shoe for my boyfriend and I got it, sure he loved it but the size was big and when I tried to log an exchange, my emails weren't responded to. After 2 weeks I then talk to an agent who tells me that shoes on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged then says "it's on the website", when I get to website I see big and bold words saying refunds and exchanges are accepted (says nothing about sale items). I only see the part about sale items in small and thin letters 'under the sale policy'. I understand the refund part but I am very disappointed that I couldn't just change the size. It doesn't make sense. Now we're sitting with shoes that don't fit and we don't know what to do with them.
