  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and boxes must be intact.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned worn, damaged, or missing original packaging.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Online Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. To secure your correct size or preferred style immediately, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

IN-STORE RETURNS

For your convenience, online orders may be returned at any official Chekich store. Simply present your Order Confirmation and proof of purchase to our in-store staff for an exchange or refund.
