We offer a 60 - day return window for eligible online orders. Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal below, and all approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and hangtags intact. Returns that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may be refused. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Chekich does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed between banks within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and approved by our warehouse. This includes orders that are returned to sender
Can I return an online order at a Chekich store?
Yes you can, simply locate your nearest Chekich store and take your orginal online order along with your courier waybill or proof of Order Confirmation, for an exchange or refund.
