SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping costs and delivery timelines?
Efficiency is part of our promise.
Cost: We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders over R1499.00. For orders below this value, a flat standard rate of R50.00 applies.
Timeline: National orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once with our courier partners, delivery is estimated between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately upon placing your order. Once your package has been dispatched, a second email containing your unique Tracking Number will be sent to you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our fulfillment process begins the moment your order is confirmed. As a result, we are generally unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been submitted. We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the Chekich Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a generous 60-day return window for eligible online orders.
Condition: All items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and hangtags intact.
Inspection: Returns that are worn, damaged, or missing packaging will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet these standards.

How do I exchange an item for a different size or style?
We offer two convenient ways to handle exchanges:
1. Online: We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. To secure your correct size or preferred style immediately, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.
2. In-Store: You are welcome to visit any of our flagship Chekich stores for a direct exchange. Please bring your original order confirmation and courier waybill as proof of purchase.

How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Can I return an online order at a physical Chekich store?
Absolutely. You may return your online purchase at any official Chekich store. Please ensure you present your Order Confirmation and proof of purchase to our in-store staff to facilitate an exchange or refund.
