Shipping and Tracking

National orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Dlivery (where applicable) is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe. 
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are confirmed, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order is submitted. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of R75.00. Free shipping applies for orders over R1499.00.
Keep an eye out for your Order Confirmation email. This will be sent to your inbox as soon as you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that our warehouse has received your order and it is ready to be shipped. Check your SPAM folder in case your email got lost.

Chekich Return Policy

We offer a 60 - day return window for eligible online orders. Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal below, and all approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. 
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and hangtags intact. Returns that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may be refused. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

How do I start an exchange?
Chekich does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed between banks within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and approved by our warehouse. This includes orders that are returned to sender
Can I return an online order at a Chekich store?
Yes you can, simply locate your nearest Chekich store and take your orginal online order along with your courier waybill or proof of Order Confirmation, for an exchange or refund.
