My order was canceled, but the charge is still showing up. Why?
If your order was canceled shortly after placing it, you may still see a pending charge on your account. These are usually temporary pre-authorizations and should drop off within 7business days, depending on your financial institution.
I received an email from Chekich Customer Service requesting additional identification. What should I do?
Based on the value of your order, you may be asked by our Order Review analysts to provide additional proof of identification. Please comply with this request as your order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive ID proof within 3 business days, your order will be subject to cancellation.
I was charged for an order I did not place. What should I do?
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your card, we recommend contacting your bank immediately. Then reach out to support@chekich.co.za so our team can assist you further.
