We offer a seamless and secure checkout experience. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as trusted payment gateways such as PayFast, PayFlex, and Ozow.

PENDING CHARGES ON CANCELLED ORDERS
If your order was cancelled shortly after placement, you may still observe a "pending" transaction on your bank statement. Please be assured this is a temporary authorization hold by your financial institution, not an actual charge. These funds are typically released back to your available balance within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank's processing policies.
SECURITY VERIFICATION REQUESTS
To protect our clients from fraud, high-value transactions are subject to security screening. If you receive a request from our Risk Analysis team for additional identification, please note this is a standard protocol to verify cardholder authenticity.
- Action Required: Please provide the requested proof within 3 business days to release your order from its security hold. Failure to validate may result in automatic cancellation for your protection.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION INQUIRIES
We take payment security seriously. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your card:
- Contact your bank immediately to secure your account.
- Notify our support team at support@chekich.co.za so we can flag the transaction and halt any potential shipment.
